We gladly accept refunds on undamaged and unworn goods up to 14 days after delivery in the original packaging (Sarah Elise Jewelry box and pouch).

Contact us within the 7 days of delivery and ship items back within the 14 days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the items. If you are returning items from outside of the U.S. we are not liable to cover any import/customs fees that may be required by the mail carrier. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Platinum orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All bracelets and necklaces can be ordered with extensions and these are also non-refundable.
  • Eternity rings are only eligible for exchanges.

If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange (within 14 days of the original purchase). The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece. After final one-time exchange, we will not accept any further returns or exchanges.


All refunds will automatically be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

If 14 days have gone by since you got the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please respect our work; every item is made to order, most of the items can't be reused due to their nature, and we hope for your responsibility!


We offer free size adjustment within 14 days return period. Except personalized items. (but please contact us if you have any sizing issue)

We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item however, we are able to do repairs for a fee.

Please note that Sarah Elise Jewelry is solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care.

How to return:

Send us a message at: info@sarahelisejewelry.com and we will give you the return address. Pack your unworn undamaged jewelry back into packaging, please ship it the way you got it! Include the invoice or your order number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Once shipped please send us the tracking number. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.  If it is canceled after 24hours of placing your order, 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production
